Virgin Espresso or Coffee Martini

This virgin martini is dairy free and under 20 calories!  You can even change up the flavors by using different coffee flavors from The Coffee Beanery!

In this recipe I used the Chocolate Fudge Brownie coffee and cold brewed it!

4 ounces of cold Espresso of cold brewed coffee

2 ounces light canned coconut milk

1 ounce Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup

.5 grams salt, Himalayan pink

For visual flare, before pouring, rim your glass with unsweetened cocoa powder

Add all ingredients  and ice into a cocktail shaker and pour into two martini glasses. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of each.
