Changing your lifestyle can be hard in many ways. Sometimes you might feel alone, or lack a support system. At Your Lean Life, you will have nutritional accountability and support throughout your journey. We are here to help in every way we can to create a realistic, sustainable lifestyle for the long haul.
Different from traditional accountability, nutritional accountability includes (but is not limited to): personal check-ins, goal setting, meal planning, and a detailed list of goals specific to you. All of these help in achieving long term goals and making lifestyle changes. During this time, it’s important to have someone who is aware of your goals and the changes you would like to make. Navigating these changes can be tough, so having an accountability partner can make this transition easier, as you work toward becoming a better you.
At Your Lean Life, we track progress, work through any issues, and learn about your connections with food to ensure you’re on track to success with your program.
No one should feel alone in anything that they do. During big life changes and personal growth, people often find themselves feeling isolated. During your time at Your Lean Life, support is always there. We offer 1-on-1 and MiniGroup coaching, as well as virtual support options. During these meetings, we discuss goals and develop a course of action to realistically accomplish these goals. During this time, we also address any of your questions or concerns. Whether it be 1-on-1, virtual, or group support, Your Lean Life journey is accompanied by others who are there to inspire and assist you each step of the way.
