Green Bean Casserole

Ingredients
454 grams green beans, cleaned and cut
200 grams white onion, diced
10 grams raw garlic, minced
225 grams raw mushrooms, chopped
1 cube of chicken bouillon
1 cup of hot water
1 teaspoon of Red Wine Vinegar
12 grams water
1 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
1.5 grams fine pink or sea salt
3 grams crushed black pepper
1 tablespoon dried Italian Seasoning
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil green beans until slightly tender, set aside in casserole dish
Using a 1 second spray of Olive Oil Spray, sauté the onion, garlic and mushrooms until soft and onions are translucent
Add bouillon water (1 bouillon cube plus 1 cup hot water), Worcestershire, Red Wine Vinegar, 12 grams water, salt, pepper and seasoning to pan and bring to a boil
Using an emersion blender, blend until smooth
Poor over green beans and put in 350 degree oven until bubbly
You can top with seasoned, crushed pork rinds for crunch on top. These are not factored into the macros below.
