Chayote “Apple” Sauce

Nothing like Pork Chops and Apple Sauce, but when you are low Carb/Keto, that likely won’t fit into your plan. So I made a Chayote Puree and it came out great!  Think of adding this to oatmeal, as well!

1377 grams chayote (4 large)

2 grams of powdered Stevia (or other artificial sweetener to taste)
