Eat the things that make you feel good, energized, and prepared to take on the day. Try to keep in mind that food is fuel for your body, and is so much more than a form of entertainment and taste.

Eating like you love yourself can require a lot of self-discipline, patience, and self-compassion. It’s about embracing balance, honoring your body’s needs, and approaching food with kindness.
