Ginger Peanut Dressing

For a crisp, clean dressing for salad, to create an Asian Slaw or as the flavor in a Pad Thai, this ginger peanut dressing has all the flavor without the fat and carbs!

10 grams sesame oil

25 grams coconut aminos

50 grams rice wine vinegar

15 grams PB2 PURE peanut butter powder

1 gram ground ginger

6.5 grams garlic powder

3 grams fine sea or pink salt

Whisk all ingredients and store in fridge.
