Looking back is great IF you learn form that history. Understanding what things did or did not work and why? Reshaping physically and mentally your current YOU to build a better YOU based on your goals. Don’t repeat bad mistakes, take note and make changes to improve your foundation every day. It is OK to make mistakes and stumble. It is NOT OK to repeat them over and over again and even worse to allow yourself the same mistakes over and over again. Make the changes, do the things that will keep you moving towards your goals.
