Meal prepping is an important part of a successful program. Learn how to plan and prep meals based on your personal macros, in your kitchen, 1-On-1. Together, we will prepare, cook and package meals for easy grab and go eating during your week.

1.1 Lisa Agens is not a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist and does not dispense medical advice nor prescribe treatment. Rather, she provides education to enhance your knowledge of health as it relates to foods, dietary supplements, and behaviors associated with eating. While nutrition can be an important compliment to medical care, nutritional coaching is not a substitute for the diagnosis, treatment, or care of disease by a medical provider.
1.2 If you are under the care of a health care professional or currently use prescription medications, you should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements use with your doctor, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting your doctor.
1.3 The information that you receive during your nutritional coaching sessions are separate from the care that you receive from any medical facility in that the nutritional coaching sessions are in no way intended to be construed as medical advice or care. You should continue regular medical supervision and care by their primary care physician.
The Nutritional Coach and/Your Lean Life LLC will keep the Client’s information private, and will not share the Client’s information to any third party unless compelled to by law or with the consent of the Client.
