Spicy, smoky and flavorful! This Red Chili Sauce kicks up tamales, enchiladas or any meal a few notches!
50 grams diced onions
10 grams minced garlic
15 grams butter or ghee
50 grams chili powder
2 grams ground pepper
2 grams garlic powder
1 gram pink or sea salt
3 grams bouillon in 120 grams water
In a pan, sauté the onions and garlic in butter/ghee. Add the dry ingredients and stir. Slowly add in the bouillon water and bring to a brief boil. Reduce to desired thickness and let cool.
