Pizza Bowl

Like Italian food but find it overdoes your carbs?  What makes good Italian food is flavor!  Using Rao’s (or other low carb, and even low fat sauce), Good Culture 2% cottage cheese and turkey pepperoni, you have the base for your wildest Italian dreams in a super fast and nutritious way! I added canned mushrooms to mine, but you can add what fits your macros!

Ingredients

150 grams Good Culture 2% Cottage Cheese 50 grams Rao’s, or other low carb/fat sauce 18 grams turkey Pepperoni, quartered 50 grams canned mushrooms

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and microwave, covered, for 1 minute.  Stir and enjoy!  You can eat it as is, use pork rinds to dip, spread it over egg bread or mix it with hearts of palm noodles!
