Like Italian food but find it overdoes your carbs?  What makes good Italian food is flavor!  Using Rao’s (or other low carb, and even low fat sauce), Good Culture 2% cottage cheese and turkey pepperoni, you have the base for your wildest Italian dreams in a super fast and nutritious way! I added canned mushrooms to mine, but you can add what fits your macros!

Ingredients

Units Scale

150 grams Good Culture 2% Cottage Cheese

50 grams Rao’s, or other low carb/fat sauce

18 grams turkey Pepperoni, quartered

50 grams canned mushrooms

Instructions

Mix all ingredients and microwave, covered, for 1 minute.  Stir and enjoy!  You can eat it as is, use pork rinds to dip, spread it over egg bread or mix it with hearts of palm noodles!
