Hearts of Palm Cauliflower Mash

Super easy recipe for a great side dish or ingredient to Moussaka or Shepherd’s Pie!  Add garlic, bouillon powder, onion, nutritional yeast or any flavors you prefer.

Ingredients

448 grams (1 can) hearts of palm cuts 350 grams (1 steam bag) frozen cauliflower 4 cloves peeled garlic 50 grams light canned coconut milk 3 grams fine sea or pink salt

Instructions

Steam cauliflower to soft

Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
