Spinach Avocado Pesto

Nut & Dairy Free! On steaks, on eggs, on a sandwich! A little goes a long way!

Ingredients

Units Scale

50 grams Raw Spinach

80 grams (half) Ripe Avocado

4 grams Dried Basil

10 grams Minced Garlic

2 grams Sea Salt

1 grams Ground Black Pepper

12 grams Lemon Juice

6 grams Olive Oil

Instructions

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Refrigerate with as much air removed from container as possible.

The recipe makes 150g of Pesto
