600g Peeled and chopped Rutabaga
80g Canned Lite Coconut Milk
5g Granulated Garlic
4g Sea/Pink Salt
Ground Pepper to taste
In a large bowl, microwave all ingredients for 10-15 minutes.
Run everything through a food processor to desired texture.
