939 grams 96% ground beef (2 pounds)
479 grams 99% ground turkey breast (1 pound)
811 grams diced, canned tomatoes (2 cans)
340 grams riced cauliflower
100 grams chopped onions
100 grams chopped yellow pepper
25 grams minced garlic
20 grams paprika
10 grams allspice
10 grams fine pink or sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Place chopped cabbage in large roasting pan.
Sautee ground beef and turkey in a wide pan, add 2 cans of diced tomatoes and finish cooking. Add meat mix to roasting pan.
Using the fat from the ground meat mix, sauté all the chopped/diced veggies and seasoning and add to the roasting pan.
Cover tightly with foil and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
