“Sweetness” from the cinnamon and nutmeg couples wonderfully with the heat from the chili powder. You can also add cayenne for more heat or increase the chili!
75 grams pink or sea salr
18 grams ground black or white pepper
10 grams onion powder
10 grams paprika
13 grams granulated garlic powder
10 grams chili powder
3 grams ground nutmeg
3 grams cinnamon powder
Mix all ingredients in a sealed container or zip loc bag. It makes many servings!
