This virgin martini is dairy free and under 20 calories! You can even change up the flavors by using different coffee flavors from The Coffee Beanery!
In this recipe I used the Chocolate Fudge Brownie coffee and cold brewed it!
4 ounces cold espresso or coffee
2 ounces Light canned coconut milk
1 ounce Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
.5 gram Salt, Himalayan pink
For visual flare, before pouring, rim your glass with unsweetened cocoa powder
Add all ingredients and ice into a cocktail shaker and pour into two martini glasses. Sprinkle cocoa powder on top of each.
