Veggie Bites

This makes a great On-The-Go veggie option or a great at-home side dish.  You can edit this for any dense veggie!

Ingredients

Units Scale

375 grams raw broccoli

50 grams diced raw onion

20 grams minced garlic

6 grams fine pink or sea salt

1 gram ground white or black pepper

50 grams 2% cottage cheese

50 grams egg white powder

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Blend all ingredients in food processor and scoop out 12 bites onto a baking sheet.

Bake 20 minutes
