450 grams 96% ground beef
450 grams 99% lean ground turkey breast
3 grams sea or pink salt
3.5 grams garlic powder
400 grams diced tomatoes
85 grams tomato paste
400 grams cut green beans
1 Full recipe of Hearts of Palm/Cauliflower Mash
Cook ground meat in skillet with salt and garlic seasoning. Add pepper if desired.
Add diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
Prepare Hearts of Palm/Cauliflower Mash or other mashed vegetable. You can do pure cauliflower, pure hearts of palm or even the mashed rutabaga!
In a casserole dish, layer meat mix, cut green beans and mash.
Bake 30 minutes, uncovered at 350°
