Jicama Fries

A great side to a keto or low carb burger (check out the Waffle Buns!).  You can cook these in a air fryer or on a grate in the oven.

Ingredients

390 grams jicama (1 large Jicama)

6 grams olive oil

4 grams sea salt

Instructions

Peal and chop jicama in French fry size pieces

Toss with olive oils and salt

Put in Air fryer at 360 degrees for 30 minutes
